As soon as my Installer starts installing it suddenly says installation failed please contact the software provider. I'm at a total loss I am stil not able to download the new version I have emailed in to Microsoft/ silverlight on Saturday, I receiveda standard email back saying they try to get back to you within 24 hours, well that was 5 says ago. Doesanybody have any more ideas? Unfortunately the sites we use to advertise our cars need silverlight, I am runnin the older version but Autotrader needs the newer version so I'm stuck. I am having the exact same problem as.

• Mar 02, 2015  I am happy with office 2008 and don't much like the idea of buying a separate license for each mac computer I use. Previously (office 2008) the license was for 5 household computers, now only 1. I also don't really want to upgrade to office 2011 to find they release new office in 2014 or soon after.
